How frequent and long are the one to one sessions?

​

Sessions last for one hour. 

​

What is the fee?

​

The fee is;

£50 per hour in person 

£45 per hour online, via Zoom or over the phone.

​

What do you provide counselling sessions for?

I support people with a range of challenges such as:

What are the benefits of Therapeutic nature connection?

There is a rapidly growing body of research and sufficient evidence revealing the effectiveness of therapeutic nature connection. (Also known as ecotherapy)

What if I experience physical limitations?


Sessions are offered in a way to support any physical limitations in locations to accommodate various requirements.

Do I need any special equipment?


You'll only need a drink, clothing for different weather conditions, a raincoat and sensible shoes that will keep your feet dry. 

Where do the Nature Connection sessions take place?


These are supported in natural spaces around Findhorn and within other locations around Moray, Scotland.
 

In addition I offer online nature connection sessions for;

  • People who find going outside difficult.

  •  People who wish to receive weekly guidance and practices to deepen connection with nature, solo.
