How frequent and long are the one to one sessions?

Sessions last for one hour. 

What is the fee?

The fee is £40 per hour.

I offer a small number of concessions, which are £30 per hour.

Sessions are offered in a way to support any physical limitations in locations to accommodate various requirements.

Do I need any special equipment?


You'll only need a drink, clothing for different weather conditions, a raincoat and sensible shoes that will keep your feet dry. 

Where do the Nature Connection sessions take place?


These are supported in natural spaces and local parks around Exeter, Devon. UK.
 

In addition I offer online nature connection sessions for;
a) People who find going outside difficult.
b) People who wish to receive weekly guidance and practices to deepen connection with nature, solo.
